Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quadcore's websites and products, including DevStudio and CELUX (celux.quadcore.app), operated by Quadcore ("we", "us", or "our"), a company based in Panamá.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Products Covered

These Terms apply to all Quadcore products, currently including:

• DevStudio — an AI-powered development environment accessible at devstudio.quadcore.app.
• CELUX — a productivity and lifestyle tool accessible at celux.quadcore.app.

3. Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@quadcore.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions

Certain features of DevStudio and CELUX are available under monthly or annual subscription plans. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Virtual Purchases & Digital Items

Some of our products offer virtual goods, in-app purchases, or digital items (e.g., premium templates, AI credits, add-ons). Please note:

• All purchases of digital items are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove virtual items at any time.

6. Refund Policy

Because our products deliver digital content and services immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure attributable to Quadcore. To request a refund review, contact hello@quadcore.app within 7 days of the charge.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our software.
• Use our services to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Resell or sublicense access to our services without written permission.
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Quadcore, DevStudio, and CELUX are the exclusive property of Quadcore or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purpose. No rights are transferred to you beyond what is explicitly stated here.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quadcore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panamá, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Panamá.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
